《乡村教师支持计划》对非公费定向师范生入职乡村教师的影响及应对策略 被引量:1

摘要 促进非公费定向师范生投身乡村教育是优化乡村教师队伍的重要途径之一。目前,非公费定向师范生对《乡村教师支持计划》的了解程度低;但对其八大举措的认同度高,认为提高乡村教师生活待遇是基础,提高乡村教师思想政治素质和师德水平是根本,提升乡村教师能力素质是关键。《乡村教师支持计划》能切实促进非公费定向师范生主动投身乡村教育,但他们对《乡村教师支持计划》的落实持观望态度。教育行政部门和师范院校应细化政策文本,落实责任主体;创建活力机制,提升职业发展空间;加强在校师范生师德教育。 To promote the self-supported rural-oriented normal students to devote to the rural education is one of the important ways to optimize the teaching staff in rural areas. At present, these students know little about The Pro-gram of Supporting Teachers in R.ural Areas, but have high identity with the eight measures in it. They believe that to improve the teachers’ treatment is the base, to improve their ideological and ethnical level is the foundation and to improve their teaching ability and quality is the key. The of Supporting Teachers in _Rurai Areas can promotethe normal students to devote to rural education, but they are still on hesitation. The educational administrative de-partment and normal colleges should make detailed policies to improve the rural teachers’ professional development and strengthen the ethnical education ofnormal students
