摘要
枸杞是常用补益中药,多糖为其主要活性成分之一。枸杞多糖(LBPs)生物活性与其物理化学性质紧密相关。本文对枸杞多糖提取、分离和定性定量分析进行综述,涉及的提取方法包括传统浸提法、酶联提取法、超声提取法、微波提取法,分离方法包括乙醇沉淀法、膜分离法、色谱分离法等,定性分析则包括分子量测定、功能团鉴定以及糖谱法等,定量分析方法包括比色法和高效分子排阻色谱联用多角度激光光散射检测器和示差检测器法(HPSEC-MALLS-RID)等。本文对以上方法研究进展进行归纳,以期为枸杞多糖的检测和药材质量控制提供参考。
Lycii Fructus ( the fruit of Lycium barbarum L. ) is a well-recognized nourishing Chinese herbal medicine, and Lycium barbarum polysaccharides ( LBPs ) are one of its major active components. Actually, the biological activities of LBPs are closely related to their physical and chemical properties. Therefore, the quality control of LBPs is very important. Herein, extraction, separation and qualitative and quantitative analysis were reviewed. In details, extraction methods covered traditional extraction, enzymatic extraction, ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction. Separation methods included membrane separation and chromatography separation, while qualitative analysis covered the determination of molecular weight, functional group and saccharides mapping, quantitative analysis included colorimetric method and high performance size exclusion chromatography coupled with multi angle laser light scattering and refractive index detector method ( HPSEC-MALLS-RID ). It is expected that this review can offer reference to the test and quality control of Lycii Fructus.
