摘要
随着化工生产与材料学的高速发展,离子交换树脂这一新型材料与天然药物化学之间的学科交叉已日臻深入,离子交换技术成功的解决了部分以往仅仅依靠天然药物化学无法攻克的难题,其应用范围已贯穿药物开发,成分分析,制剂工艺等重要环节。文章主要围绕其在天然药物化学提取分离,天然药物化学分析,天然药物制剂3方面的应用与新进展进行了综述,为相关研究提供参考。
With the rapid development of chemical production and materials science, the interdisciplinary between new materials the ion exchange resins and natural medicine chemistry has been getting more in-depth. And ion exchange technology has succeeed in solving some not overcome problems in the past that only relying on natural medicinal chemistry. The application has been used in drug development, component analysis, forming an important part of the preparation etc. This paper mainly reviewed on the application and new development of ion exchange resins’extraction and separation of natural medicine, the chemical analysis of natural medicine, natural pharmaceutical formulations which provide a reference for related research.
