摘要
网约车、短租平台等新业态、新模式,并不仅仅是一些个别现象,而是互联网时代＂双层空间＂下国家与社会关系深刻变革的突出反映,并对法律规制秩序带来了时代挑战和难题。因此,我们需要适时确立共建共享理念,推进双向构建的多元治理秩序,从而推动法治中国建设目标的实现。
New business models and forms such as car- hailing and short- term rental platforms are not just a few isolated phenomena, but a prominent reflection of the profound changes in the relations between the state and the society in the ＂double space＂ in the Internet era, bringing the challenges and difficulties of the times to the legal regulation and order. Therefore, we need to establish the concept of co - construction and share in a timely manner and push forward the multi -governance order in the two -way construction to pro- mote the realization of the goal of establishing the rule of law in China.
