摘要
目的探讨个性化护理干预在老年带状疱疹红光治疗中应用效果。方法选择2015年4月~2016年9月我院收治的老年带状疱疹红光治疗患者84例,根据随机数字表法将所有患者分为两组,每组各42例。对照组实施饮食指导、健康宣教等常规护理,在此基础上观察组实施个性化护理干预。干预后,比较两组预防性治疗效果、疼痛程度以及护理满意度。结果对照组后遗神经痛发生率为21.43%(9/42),观察组组后遗神经痛发生率为4.76%(2/42),组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组止疱时间、疼痛症状减轻时间、疼痛症状消失时间均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组VAS评分明显高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护理满意度为80.95%,明显低于观察组的95.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年带状疱疹红光治疗中实施个性化护理干预,能有效减轻患者疼痛、降低后遗神经痛发生率,缩短止疱时间且护理满意度较高,值得临床应用与推广。
Objective To investigate the application effects of individualized nursing intervention in the red light treatment of herpes zoster in the aged. Methods 84 elderly patients with herpes zoster who were treated with red light therapy in our hospital from April 2015 to September 2016 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table, 42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care such as diet guidance, health education and so on. The observation group was given individualized nursing intervention on the basis of this. After the intervention, the effect of preventive treatment, the degree of pain and the satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of postherpetic neuralgia of control group was 21.43% （9/42）, and that of observation group was 4.76% （2/42）. The difference between groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with the control group, the stopping herpes time, pain relief and pain d!sappeared in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The score of VAS in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group, and the difference was statistically sighificant （P 〈 0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 80.95%, which was significantly lower than that of the observation group （95.24%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention in elderly patients with herpes zoster treated with red light can effectively reduce pain, reduce the incidence of neuralgia, shorten the time of blistering and have higher nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
