摘要
目的探讨住院患者基础护理工作满意度问卷的信度与效度。方法自行设计住院患者基础护理工作满意度问卷,选择5名护士长进行咨询及检测表面效度,修订后的问卷包括病情观察、康复和健康指导、技术操作、生活护理的满意度4个维度共23个条目。选175例患者进行信度检测。结果问卷折半信度r=0.963;问卷总Cronbach′sα为0.956,4个维度的Cronbach′sα为0.857~0.933;4个因子的累积贡献率达83.37%。结论该问卷有较好的信度和效度,适用于一二级护理患者对基础护理工作满意度的调查。
Objective To analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire measuring inpatients′ satisfaction with basic nursing care.Methods The questionnaire measuring inpatients′ satisfaction with basic nursing care was designed by the researchers themselves.Five head nurses were selected to measure the face validity.The revised questionnaire included four parts totaling 23 items,namely observation,rehabilitation and health education,basic nursing skills and life-assisting nursing care.Totally 175 inpatients from medical and surgical units were selected to measure the reliability.Results The split-half reliability of the questionnaire was 0.963;Cronbach′s α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.956,and those of the 4 subscales ranged from 0.857-0.933.The cumulative variance contribution rate of the 4 factors was 83.37%.Conclusion The questionnaire enjoys good reliability and validity,and it can serve as a proper tool to measure inpatients′ satisfaction with basic nursing care.
