摘要
基于热重分析仪的内部构造及工作原理,通过试验验证,分析热重曲线误差产生的主要因素,并建立试样在稳定载气环境中的传热模型。根据传热理论进行数值计算和模拟,得出120℃/min升温速率下试样温度测量误差。对生物质裂解等热转化快速升温过程中的热重分析数据修正提供依据。
Based on the internal structure and working principle of the thermogravimetric analyzer, the influence factor of the thermal gravimetric curves was analyzed through experiment study, and the heat transfer model of the samples in the stable carrier gas environment was established. According to the heat transfer theory, we carry out the numerical calculation and simulation to obtain the temperature measurement errors of the samples at the heating rate of 120 ℃/min, which provide the basis in the data correction of the thermal gravimetric analysis for the thermal conversion, such as biomass pyrolysis, etc.
