摘要
社会心理与公民道德是社会意识的两个层次 ,相互联系 ,相互作用。健康的社会心理促进公民道德的形成 ,公民良好的道德情操要建立在良好的社会心理氛围中。当前 ,我国公民道德建设明显滞后 ,公民道德滑坡是一个不争的事实。因此 ,必须以调适社会心理为基础 ,以规范公民行为、弘扬社会公德、唤醒社会信任、树立良好风尚。
Social psychology and civil ethics are the two levels of social consciousness, which inter-link and interact. Healthy social psychology can promote the establishment of civil ethics and good civil ethics must be established in a good atmosphere of social psychology. Nowadays, it is a fact that our civil ethics has been obviously lagged behind. Therefore, we must be based on the adjustment of our social psychology and promote our civil ethics construction by regularizing citizens' behavior, developing good social ethics, enlightening social credit, establishing a fine vogue and forming healthy trends.
