摘要
我国自然资源丰富,对矿产资源的开发利用,增长了社会财富,但由于开矿设施的简陋,开矿技术的滞后,同时开采秩序混乱,非法采矿层出不穷,违规违法操作致使安全生产陷入困境,矿山安全事故频发,严重危及人民生命财产安全。从矿山露天作业的环境和隐患入手,分析矿山安全生产的必要性和紧迫性,着重剖析发展露天矿山安全管理工作的具体措施。
China is rich in natural resources, development and utilization of mineral resources, increase social wealth, but because of poor mining facilities, backward mining technology, mining and disorder, illegal mining, illegal operation of the security emerge in an endless stream, production trouble, frequent mine accidents, seriously endanger the safety of life and property.Starting from the environment and hidden danger of open-pit operation, this paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of mine safety production, and emphatically analyzes the specific measures for developing the safety management of open pit mines.
