摘要
井漏是钻井过程中常见的复杂情况,处理不好就会造成更严重的后果,处理井漏应该有针对性,关键是采取的措施是否能适应地下的实际情况。在靖边南部气田,刘家沟地层是一个典型的漏层,尤其底部更是极易发生井漏,如何做好预防和处理漏失问题,是目前比较突出的问题,给现场的质量、安全监督工作带来隐患。通过统计分析靖边南部气田刘家沟组地层漏失的特点,寻求合理的处置方法,并结合现场操作,为现场钻井监督工作提几点建议。
Lost circulation is a common complication in drilling process.If it is not handled well, it will have more serious consequences.It should be pointed out that the treatment of leakage should be targeted.The key point is whether the measures adopted can adapt to the actual situation in the underground.In the gas field in southern Jingbian, the Liujiagou formation is a typical leaking layer. In particular, the bottom of Liujiagou is pai^icularly prone to seepage.How to prevent and deal with the leakage problem is the most prominent issue for us.The quality of safety supervision bring hidden dangers.We actively organize the data to statistically analyze the characteristics of the formation loss in the Liujiagou Formation in the southern gas field of Jingbian and seek reasonable disposal methods. Combining with the on-site operation, we made some suggestions for on-site drilling supervision.
