摘要 针对杭锦旗区块刘家沟组地层钻探过程中出现的地层破碎、裂缝发育、漏失严重等问题,通过对地质概况、井身结构等进行研究分析,得出该区块施工难点是刘家沟组地层的恶性漏失问题,提出了针对该区块的防漏堵漏工艺措施。防漏工艺措施主要包括优化井身结构设计、优化钻井液参数、优化钻井施工工艺以及随钻封堵防漏工艺等;中等漏失采取静止堵漏工艺,严重漏失采用间隙式挤堵堵漏工艺。桥堵加迪塞尔间隙式堵漏工艺在J66P13H井应用成功,保证了钻井施工的顺利进行,为该区块区块刘家沟地层的恶性漏失提供了较好的解决方案。 In view of the problems including layer crushing,fracture development and serious leakage in the drilling process of Liujiagou formation of Hangjinqi area,through the research and analysis of the geological condition and the well structure,it was found out that,the difficult point was malignant leakage problem of Liujiagou formation in the drilling process of this block,technological measures of leakage prevention and plugging of this block were put forward. Technological measures of leakage prevention mainly include optimization of wellbore structure,optimization of drilling fluid parameters,optimization of drilling construction technology and technological of leakage prevention and plugging while drilling. The static plugging technology was used in the middle level leakage,the gap type and extrusion plugging technology was used in the leakage of the serious degree. Bridge plugging and dicer gap type plugging process was applicated in J66P13H well successfully,which ensures the smooth progress of drilling construction,which provided a better solution for the malignant leakage problem of Liujiagou formation in the Hangjinqi block.
