摘要
目的:分析全面优质护理工作对支气管哮喘患者的疗效及生存质量的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年1月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的120例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,根据护理方式不同分为两组,试验组60例采取全面优质护理措施,对照组60例实施传统护理,比较两组患者的治疗效果、两组患者护理前后的生存质量及护理满意度。结果:试验组总有效率为91.7%,明显高于对照组的68.3%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理干预后躯体功能、角色功能、情感功能、认知功能、社会功能、整体生活质量等评分均高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者护理满意度为96.7%,高于对照组的66.7%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全面优质护理能够提高支气管哮喘患者的治疗效果及生存质量,增加护理满意度。
Objective：To analyze the influence of comprehensive quality nursing on the curative effect and quality of life in patients with bronchial asthma.Method：From January 2016 to January 2017,120 patients with bronchial asthma admitted in our hospital were selected as the research object,according to the different nursing methods were divided into two groups,60 cases in the experiment group adopted comprehensive quality nursing measures,60 cases in the control group received traditional nursing care.The curative effect,the quality of life before and after care and the nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.7%,significantly higher than that of the control group（68.3%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After the nursing intervention,the score of physical function,role function,emotional function,cognitive function,social function and the overall quality of life of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 96.7%,higher than that in the control group（66.7%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The comprehensive quality of nursing can improve the curative effect,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction.
