摘要
目的探究优质护理在支气管哮喘患者中应用效果。方法纳入本院收治的80例支气管哮喘患者,依照单双号分组方式将入选患者分为研究组40例与参照组40例。参照组实施常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上给予患者优质护理干预,比较组间患者临床疗效与护理满意度。结果研究组治疗后总有效率为97.5%,参照组治疗后总有效率为77.5%,经统计学分析得知,研究组显著高于参照组,P<0.05;研究组护理满意度95%显著高于参照组72.5%,统计学分析比较,差异性为P<0.05,差异较大,存在统计学意义。结论对支气管哮喘患者实施优质护理干预,可有效改善其临床症状与发病率,同时提升患者护理满意度,促进护患关系,具有一定临床应用价值。
Objective to explore application effect of quality nursing on patients with bronchial asthma.Methods choose 80 cases bronchial asthma patients admitted to our hospital,divide them into 40 cases in study group and 40 cases in reference group according to single and double numbers.Reference group was treated with routine nursing,and research group with quality nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Compare clinical effect and nursing satisfaction degree between groups.Results total effective rate of study group after treatment was 97.5%,that of reference group was 77.5%.Statistical analysis of study group was significantly higher than reference group,P<0.05;nursing satisfaction degree of study group was 95%,significantly higher than 72.5%of reference group.According to statistical analysis,difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion quality nursing intervention can effectively improve clinical symptoms and morbidity of bronchial asthma patients,at the same time improve their nursing satisfaction and promote relationship between nurses and patients,which is of some certain clinical application value.
