摘要
日本政府基于本国少子化的国情和人才的世界竞争性需求,出台了一系列的国际化政策使得留日学生凭借英语可获取学位,而全英语学位课程项目作为加速日本高校的国际化进程的重要一环也备受期待。为了把握日本大学中全英语学位课程项目的现状和特征,本文将对现有的研究进行了总结分析,梳理了日本高等教育国际化和全英语学位课程开设的背景和历史,并结合文部科学省的全国调查和具体大学的个案进行深入分析和探讨。由于同为非英语圈国家,我国的英语教学背景和方式与日本有许多相似之处,通过对日本全英语学位课程的分析,为我国高校的国际化和全英语授课课程提出新的设想和建议。
Based on the national conditions of low birthrate and the high demand of talents, the Japanese government has launched a series of international policies which enable international students to obtain degrees by English-taught courses. English-taught degree program is also an important part of accelerating the internationalization of Japan＇s higher education. After analyzing the national survey of the MEXT and the case studies of specific universities, this study explores the present situation and characteristics of the Japanese English-taught degree programs, and puts forward new ideas and suggestions for the internationalization and English - taught courses in China.
