摘要
在高等教育国际化中,课程的国际化是核心。大学课程国际化意味着将国际因素整合到课程及其实施中,教师的参与是大学课程国际化的重要条件。教师对国际化的态度、理念,教师的国际化知识、经验、方法,直接影响课程国际化政策和计划的制定及其实施。学校应通过制定政策、调整规划、增加认可、提供机会、促进体验等基本策略,引导和激励教师积极参加校内外的课程国际化活动。
The internationalization of the curriculum is the key of internationalization of higher education. The internationalization of the curriculum means to integrate the idea of internationalization into curriculum design and implementation. But faculty engagement is es- sential to the internationalization of the curriculum. Their attitude and ideas, their knowl- edge, experiences and methods of internationalization influence directly the policy making, the plan designing and implementing of curriculum internationalization, To guide and encourage faculty engagement in the internationalization of the curriculum, universities should make policy, adjust plan, give recognition, provide chance and add experience about internationalization.
