摘要
随着我国居民生活水平的不断提高,消费者越来越追求家具产品的个性化,基于定制家具的特点,受到了消费者和企业的青睐,在消费者和制造企业的双重助推下,定制家具成为家具制造行业唯一高速增长的细分领域,由于定制家具订单的特殊性和为了保证订单各环节的完整性,定制家具对制造企业的综合能力提出了更高的要求。G企业在定制家具订单制程中品质异常导致生产成本增加,笔者团队通过实地考察法和综合分析法,以G企业某板式柜体(含非标柜体)产品的制程作为分析研究对象,通过分析品质异常和生产管理工具,找出影响品质问题的根本原因并运用科学的方法规避这些原因,达到降低生产成本和提高企业综合能力的目标。并提出提升家具制造企业综合服务能力,不仅需要企业加强信息基础设施建设和建立柔性制造系统,还要有先进的、科学的运营管理体系。
With the continuous improvement of quality of life,personalized furniture products have become one of the favorite products for consumers. Custom furniture is the only rapid growth segment in the furniture manufacturing industry driven by consumers and manufhcturers, It puts forward higher requirements tbr the comprehensive ability of the enterprises because of the particularity of custom furniture orders and in order to ensure the integrity of each link of the order. Abnormal quality of furniture leads to the cost＇s increase in manufacturing process of G-custom furniture enterprise＇s order. By site visits and comprehensive analysis, manufacturing process with plate-type cabinet （including non-standard cabinet） products of G-custom furniture enterprise has been studied. The quality of thrniture products and production system management tools are the contents in this paper, which are keys to find out the causes of abnomaal quality, so these causes can be avoided, the production costs can be reduced and the competitiveness of enterprises can be enhanced. The results show that customized furniture enterprises who want to improve the comprehensive service ability not only need to strengthen the construction of information infrastructure, to establish flexible manuthcturing system, but also need to have an advanced and efficient operation management system.
