摘要
旅游投资是海南加快旅游业发展的重要手段之一,为了更高效地推进海南国际旅游岛建设,减少投资的盲目性,有必要掌握海南旅游投资效率情况。但由于旅游统计研究的滞后,目前仍没有专门针对旅游业的投资统计数据,因而鲜有学者对海南旅游固定资产投资效率进行研究。论题运用旅游卫星账户分析方法(TSA法),将旅游固定资产投资从总的固定资产投资中剥离出来;然后引入数据包络模型(DEA)分析海南旅游业固定资产的投资效率,评价其对旅游经济的贡献情况。结合投资效率评价结果,提出了推动海南省旅游业可持续发展和固定资产投资良性循环的对策建议。
Tourism investment is one of the important means to speed up the development of tourism in Hainan. In order to promote the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island more effectively and reduce the blind- ness of investment, it is necessary to understand the investment efficiency of tourism in Hainan. However, no statistical data on tourism investment has been obtained due to the hysteresis in the research of tourism statistics, and few scholars have studied the investment efficiency of fixed assets in tourism in Hainan. Adopting the Tourism Satellite Account Analysis （ TSA）, the paper separates the investment of fixed assets in tourism from the total investment of fixed assets. Then the Data Envelopment Analysi （DEA） is introduced to analyze the invest- ment efficiency of fixed assets in Hainan tourism, evaluating its contribution to the tourism economy. According to the evaluation results of investment efficiency, some suggestions are put forward to promote the sustainable de- velopment of tourism industry and the virtuous cycle of fixed assets investment in Hainan Province.
