摘要
针对当前高校就业难研究过程中的一些问题,如影响因素多、无法确定影响因素对高校就业的贡献率,为此,进行了基于灰色系统模型的高校就业影响因素研究。设计高校就业难的影响因素,根据影响因素采集高校就业的历史数据,根据历史数据,采用灰色系统模型描述高校就业率和影响因素间的灰关联度,并根据灰关联度分析影响因素对高校就业的贡献率,结果表明,毕业生数量激增是影响高校就业的首要因素,学历认证与人才市场需求量是影响高校就业的次要因素,结果具有一定的参考价值。
There are some difficulties in the current research process of college employment.For example,there are several influencing factors of college employment,so it is impossible to accurately determine the contribution rate of the influencing factors of the college employment.Therefore,the influencing factors of college employment are studied based on grey system model.The influencing factors of employment difficulty in colleges are designed.The historical data of college employment are collected according to the influencing factors.According to the collected historical data,the grey system model is used to describe the grey correlation degree between the college employment rate and the influencing factors,and the contribution rate of the influencing factors to college employment is analyzed according to the grey correlation degree.The results show that the surge in the number of graduates is the primary factor that affects the college employment,while the education certification and talent market demand are the secondary factors that affect the college employment.Therefore,the results have a certain reference value.
