摘要
总结蔡圣朝教授针灸治疗宫寒不孕症的临床经验。其认为宫寒不孕症是因阴寒内盛、阳气不足、肾阳虚寒等导致经脉凝滞,生化失期,阻碍子宫发育所致,治以散寒暖宫、活血通络,从而排除瘀阻,保障受孕,强调针灸治疗时需"针刺适度,因人而异""腹背施灸,整体调节",方能取得良好的疗效。附典型病案1则以验证。
The paper introduces professor CAI Shengchao＇experience in treating infertility due to the retention of cold evil in uterus. Professor CAI believes that the coldness of genitals,excessive internal dampness,deficient yang-qi and kidney-yang lead to stagnation in meridian; irregular life activity,which can stunt the growth of uterus.For treatment,impregnation is ensured by dispelling cold to warm uterus,promoting blood circulation to dredge the collateral and then removing the blood stagnation.Significant effect is showed by moderate acupuncture varying with each individual,moxibution on abdomen and back with overall regulation. One typical case is presented for i nspecting and verifying.
