摘要
目的研究"黄枇烟"吸入对小鼠肺癌细胞凋亡以及免疫功能、肝功能的影响。方法建立肺癌小鼠模型,将造模成功的40只小鼠随机分为模型组,顺铂组,"黄枇烟"吸入低、高剂量组,每组10只,模型组给予生理盐水雾化吸入,顺铂组给予顺铂雾化吸入,"黄枇烟"吸入低、高剂量组给予"黄枇烟"低、高剂量烟雾吸入,2周后,通过脱氧核糖核苷酸末端转移酶介导的缺口末端标记(TUNEL)法检测小鼠肺癌细胞凋亡情况,测定小鼠胸腺指数、脾指数以及治疗前后肝功能的变化情况。结果 "黄枇烟"高剂量可明显诱导肺癌细胞凋亡(P<0.05),但作用弱于化疗药顺铂(P<0.01);在对免疫功能的影响方面,"黄枇烟"低、高剂量均可明显提高小鼠的胸腺指数(P<0.05),"黄枇烟"高剂量可明显提高小鼠的脾指数(P<0.05),而顺铂组小鼠的胸腺指数、脾指数均显著降低(P<0.01),提示其对小鼠的免疫功能具有破坏作用;在对肝功能的影响方面,"黄枇烟"低、高剂量对肺癌小鼠肝功能指标血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)无明显影响(P>0.05),而顺铂组治疗后小鼠的血清ALT,AST含量明显升高(P<0.01),提示顺铂可明显破坏小鼠的肝功能。结论 "黄枇烟"吸入可诱导小鼠肺癌细胞凋亡,提高荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能,且对肝功能无明显影响。
Objective To study the the effect of Huangpi Yan＇s（ smog burned by realgar and loquat leaf） i nhalation on apotosis of lung carcinoma cell,immune function and liver function of rats. Methods 40 model mice were randomly divided into model group,cisplatin group,Huangpi Yan low-dose,high-dose inhalation group,10 mice in each group.The model group was given aerosol inhalation of saline,cisplatin group was given aerosol inhalation of c isplatin,the other two groups were intervened with low-dose and high-dose smog inhalation of Huangpi Yan.After 2 weeks,apotosis of lung carcinoma cell was detected by TUNEL; the change of thymus index,spleen index and liver function was analyzed.Results High-dose of Huangpi Yan was effective on aptosis of lung carcinoma cell（ P〈0.05）,but was weaker than cisplatin（ P〈0.01）; for the effect on immune function,the low-dose and highdose Huangpi Yan raised the thymus index obviously,while the high-dose raised the spleen index significantly（ P〈0.05）; thymus index and spleen index in cisplatin group decreased（ P 0.01）,showing cisplation had destructive action on the immune function; in terms of the liver function,the two dose groups had no any change on ALT and AST（ P〈0.05）,while in cisplatin group,ALT and AST increased evidently（ P〈0.01）,showing cisplation had destructive action on the liver function.Conclusion Inhalation of Huangpi Yan is effective on apotosis of lung carcinoma cell in mice.It can impove the immune function without apparent influence on the liver function.
