摘要
目的分析济南市市中区人间布鲁氏菌病(以下简称"布病")的流行病学特征和布病感染的危险因素,为制定有效的布病防控措施提供依据。方法通过中国疾病预防控制中心的传染病信息报告管理系统,收集市中区2013~2016年布病病例有关数据,采用描述流行病学方法对布病病例进行分析。结果 2013~2016年共报告59例布病病例,每年均有报告,各年发病率分别为0.28/10万、1.66/10万、3.30/10万、2.85/10万(P<0.05)。病例以城乡结合部发病为主,4年累计发病率为25.64/10万。季节性明显,春、夏季发病较多,2~9月发病较多,占总数的84.75%。病例以青壮年为主,集中在20~60岁组,占病例总数的89.20%。男性发病率(12.88/10万)明显高于女性(6.35/10万),男女之比为1.95∶1。发病人群以农民为主(发病率7.12/10万),占病例总数的74.50%;所有的报告病例均为实验室确诊病例,无重症和死亡病例报告。结论 2013~2016年济南市市中区疫情呈急剧上升趋势,涉农办事处是防控的重点地区。
Objective To understand the epidemiological features of brucellosis and the impacts of its infection in Shizhong district,Jinan city, 2013-2016, so as to provide the basis for the effective prevention and control of brucellosis. Methods Data were collected on the brucellosis of Shizhong district from 2013 to 2016 according to the Information report management system for infectious diseases of China Center for Disease Control and Prevention （China CDC） ,then analysis was made on cases of brucellosis by the descriptive epidemiological methods. Results During 2013-2016,there were a total of 59 cases of brucellosis reported in Shizhong district,with cases every year. The incidence of each year was 0.28/10^5 ,1.66/10^5 ,3.30/10^5 and 2.85/10^5. Most of the cases were in the suburban areas,the cumulative incidence was 25.64/10^5 during 2013-2016. Brucellosis had seasonal variations, especially with peaks in spring and summer, 84.75% of them were in February-September. Most cases were young and adults, concentrated in those aged 20-60, accounting for 89.02% of the total. The male incidence （12.88/10^5） significantly higher than that of females （6.35/10^5） ,and the ratio of the male to female was 1.95：1. Most cases were farmers （incidence of 7.12/10^5）,accounting for 74.50% of the total. All the reported cases were laboratory confirmed cases, no severe cases and deaths were reported. Conclusion The epidemic of brucellosis is drastically rising in Shizhong district,Jinan city, 2013-2016, and rural sub-districts are the focus areas for the prevention and control.
