摘要
大学生按照学习周期阶段化成长发展规律可以分为兴奋适应阶段、分化重构阶段、稳定发展阶段、过渡就业阶段四个阶段。每个阶段的成长可归纳为三个维度,第一个维度是自身内化的身心发展,主要包括生理发展、思想发展、心理发展;第二个维度是大学生外化的能力素质,主要包括行为能力、知识能力、环境能力;第三个维度是随时间发展的大学生角色、任务发展。三个维度的因素相互影响,相互作用,在不同的阶段呈现螺旋上升发展的趋势。大学生的四阶段三维螺旋结构模型为大学生教育管理提供了重要参考。
he university stage can be divided into four stages,according to the learning cycle of college students and the law of college students＇ growth and development. The four stages are the stage of stimulating adaptation,the stage of differentiation and reconstruction,the stage of stable development and the stage of transitional employment.
