HPLC法同时测定宝咳宁颗粒中4种黄酮苷类成分 被引量:2

摘要 目的建立同时测定宝咳宁颗粒中柚皮苷、新橙皮苷、黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷质量分数的HPLC法。方法采用Dikma Spursil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-质量浓度0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 mL/min;柱温为30℃;检测波长为283 nm(柚皮苷、新橙皮苷)和275 nm(黄芩苷、汉黄芩苷);进样量为5μL。结果宝咳宁颗粒中4种黄酮苷类成分均呈良好的线性关系(r>0.999 0),平均加样回收率分别为95.7%(RSD为1.93%)、95.4%(RSD为2.10%)、103.5%(RSD为1.57%)、102.4%(RSD为2.50%)。结论方法准确可靠、重复性好,可用于宝咳宁颗粒的质量控制。 Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of naringin,neohesperidin, baicalin, and wogonoside in Baokening granules. Methods The analysis was performed on a Dikma Spursil C18 column( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) with its temperature maintained at 30 ℃, mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0. 1% H3 PO4 with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1. 0 mL/min. The detection wavelengths were set at 283 nm and 275 nm. Results Four constituents showed good linear relationships( r 〉0. 999 0), whose average recoveries were 95. 7%( RSD = 1. 93%), 95. 4%( RSD =2.10%), 103. 5%( RSD = 1. 57%), and 102. 4%( RSD = 2. 50%), respectively. Conclusion The established method was proved to be accurate, reliable, and repeatable, which was suitable for the quality control of Baokening granules.
