不同钙磷水平对育雏期坝上长尾鸡生长性能和血液生化指标的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Different Levels of Calcium and Phosphorus on Growth Performance and Blood Biochemical Indexes in Bashang Long-tailed Chicken

摘要 试验通过调整日粮钙磷水平,观察其对坝上长尾鸡生长性能和血液生化指标的影响,筛选出坝上长尾鸡育雏期日粮对钙磷适宜的需要量。采用3×3双因子试验设计(钙水平为1.23%、1.00%、0.77%,总磷水平为0.680%、0.615%、0.550%),选用1日龄坝上长尾鸡900只,分成9个试验组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只,试验期42 d。结果显示:(1)坝上长尾鸡雏鸡日粮总磷含量0.615%组日采食量和料重比显著高于0.680%和0.550%组(P<0.05),表明育雏期坝上长尾鸡日粮总磷水平在0.680%和0.550%时减少饲料消耗,降低料重比,以0.550%磷水平效果最佳。坝上长尾鸡雏鸡日粮随着钙水平变化,日增重有显著影响,1.00%钙水平日增重最低,其次是1.23%钙水平,以0.77%钙水平日增重最高。(2)日粮钙磷水平对坝上长尾鸡雏鸡血钙、血磷、碱性磷酸酶、总蛋白和白蛋白影响均不显著(P>0.05)。但随日粮总磷水平的升高,雏鸡血钙和总蛋白含量逐渐升高,血磷含量逐渐降低,随日粮钙水平的升高雏鸡血磷水平、碱性磷酸酶水平有升高趋势。综上所述,日粮钙水平为0.77%、总磷含量为0.55%时,坝上长尾鸡雏鸡具有较大日增重和较低料重比。 The requirement of calcium and phosphorus level of diet in Bashang Long-tailed chickens were studied. A double-factor test with 3x3 levels (3 calcium levels with 1.23%, 1.00%, and 0.77% and 3 total phosphorus levels with 0.680%, 0.615%, 0.550%)was designed. 900 1-day-age Bashang long-tailed chickens were divided into nine test group with five replicates per group and 20 chickens per replicate. The test lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follows: ①The daily feed intake and feed weight ratio of 0.615% phosphorus content groups were significantly higher than those of 0.680% and 0.550% groups. So the total phosphorus levels of 0.680% and 0.550%, especially 0.55%, could reduce the feed consumption and decrease the feed ratio. There was significant effect on the daily gain of Bashang long-tailed chicken with different calcium levels in diet, and 1.0% calcium level gained the lowest, followed by 1.23% level, 0.77% calcium level was the best. ②The effects of calcium and total phosphorus on the serum calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, total protein (TP)and albumin (ALB)of Bashang long-tailed chickens were not significant (P〉0.05). With the increases of the total phosphorus level, the blood calcium and total protein (TP)were gradually increased, and blood phosphorus content was decreased gradually, and with the increase of dietary calcium level serum phosphorus and alkaline phosphatase level were increased. When the dietary calcium and totol phosphorus levels were 0.77% and 0.55% respectively, Bashang long-tailed chicken could get higher daily gain and lower feed weight ratio.
