摘要
钙、磷是蛋鸡正常生命活动中必不可少的常量矿物元素,参与机体重要生理活动。随着畜禽养殖业的集约化、规模化发展,钙、磷用量不断增加,造成了资源浪费、饲料成本增加以及环境污染等问题。本文综述了钙、磷的生理功能、需要量、动态营养需要及其影响因素,旨在为蛋鸡营养需要模型的建立和进一步研究以及饲粮钙、磷精准供给提供参考。
Calcium and phosphorus are essential macronutrients for the normal life activities of laying hens and play a crucial role in a variety of physiological processes in the body.With the intensive development of livestock and poultry farming,the increasing use of calcium and phosphorus has led to waste of resources,increased feed costs and environmental pollution.This paper reviews the physiological functions,requirements and dynamic nutritional needs of calcium and phosphorus and their influencing factors,with the aim of providing a theoretical basis for further research on the nutritional needs model of laying hens and the precise supply of calcium and phosphorus in feeds.
