摘要
"班团"一体化工作机制的建立,是强化班委、团支部协同作用力的重要保障,更是抱团式发展下学生管理工作的创新、思想政治教育的优化。本文分析了班团一体化工作机制在高校思想政治教育中的作用,并以此,从发挥"班团"协同的主体作用,扎牢思想政治教育的藩篱;依托"班团"的组织作用,整合校园文化资源两个方面,阐述了班团一体化工作机制下高校思想政治教育的实施策略。
The establishment of the class-League integratedworking mechanism is an important guarantee for strengtheningthe synergies of class committees and League branches. It is alsoan innovation in management of students and an optimization ofideological and political education under common development.This paper analyzes the function of the class-League integratedworking mechanism in ideological and political education in col-leges and universities, and elaborates the implementation strate-gies of ideological and political education in colleges and univer-sities under the mechanism, including laying a solid foundationfor ideological and political education by giving play to the sub-jective role of ＂class-League＂ integration, and integrating campuscultural resources relying on the organizational function of＂class-League＂.
