摘要
本文基于详细设计阶段CSR规范三舱段有限元模型对MR油船货舱区进行重量估算与高强钢使用比例统计,就高强钢在MR油船船体结构中的应用比例进行了初步的分析与总结,探讨了在不改变船舶尺度的情况下如何降低空船重量与建造成本。
Based on the three-compartment finite element model of CSR specification in detailed design stage, this paper calculates theweight of the cargo area of MR Tanker and the proportion of high strength steel used. In this paper, the proportion of high strength steel inthe hull structure of MR Tanker is analyzed and summarized, and how to reduce the weight and construction cost of the empty ship withoutchanging the ship scale is discussed.
