摘要
本文介绍了980钢的可焊性,并采用焊条电弧焊(SMAW)方法利用不同预热温度、后热处理对板材进行了焊接工艺试验,通过拉伸性能、冲击韧性和显微硬度测试对不同预热、后热温度获得的焊接接头进行评定。试验结果表明,采用焊接材料V840,焊接方法为焊条电弧焊及合理的焊接工艺参数,可以获得焊接接头的综合力学性能良好,且满足工程要求的焊接接头。
In this paper,the weldability of 980 steel is introduced,and the welding process of plate is tested by using the shielded metal arc welding(SMAW)with different preheating heat temperatures and post heat treatment.The welded joints obtained by different preheating temperature and post heat treatment were evaluated by tensile properties,impact toughness and microhardness tests.The test results show that the welding joint of the welding material V840 with good comprehensive mechanical properties and meet the engineering requirements can be obtained with the welding method of electrode arc welding and reasonable welding parameters.
