摘要 本文建立了高效液体色谱法检测食品添加剂A中乙酸根的残留量方法。方法 :用Agilent TC-C18色谱柱;以0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钠溶液(用磷酸调节p H值为3.0)为流动相;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;VWD检测器;检测波长210nm;进样量:20uL。结果:乙酸根在10ug/mL^100ug/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999(n=5),平均回收率101.5%,精密度RSD<1%。结论:高效液相色谱法测定乙酸根选择性强,方便快捷,准确,可用于常规产品分析。 To establish an HPLC method to determine the content of acetate in food additives A.A Methods:The chromatographic column was Agilent TC-C18 with mobile phase of 0.01 mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate at a fow rate of 1.0ml/min.The detection wavelength was 210 nm.The column temperature was 30℃.Results:The linear correlation of sodium acetate was observed over a range of 10ug/mL ~ 100ug/mL,r =0.9999(n =5).The average recovery was 101.5% and RSD was less than 1 %.Conclusion:This method is accurate,simple and rapid and can be used for the analysis of acetate in food additives A.
