摘要
选用NJ-SA-4A型阴离子柱为分离柱、2mmol/L Na2B4O7溶液作淋洗液,建立了测定醋酸质量浓度的离子色谱法。醋酸质量浓度(ρ)在0~50.00mg/L范围内与色谱峰面积(S)呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为S=5 266 487ρ+10 173,相关系数为0.999 5,方法的检出限为0.05mg/L,加标回收率为95%~108%,相对标准偏差为0.7%。该法可用于化工废水及其他水体中醋酸质量浓度的测定。
The ion chromatography method for determination of acetic acid mass concentration was established using NJ-SA-4A anion column as separation column and 2 mmol/L Na2B4O7 solution as eluent.There is a good linear relationship between acetic acid mass concentration(ρ) and the peak area(S) in the range of 0~50.00 mg/L.The linear regression equation is S=5 266 487ρ+10 173 with 0.999 5 of correlation coefficient.The detection limit is 0.05 mg/L,the recoveries of standard addition are 95%~108% and the relative standard deviation is 0.7%.This method can be used in determination of acetic acid in chemical wastewater and other water samples.
