分散固相萃取—高效液相色谱检测土壤中咪唑乙烟酸残留 被引量:5

摘要 以乙腈为萃取溶剂,C18为吸附剂,建立了新型土壤样本中咪唑乙烟酸残留的分散固相萃取前处理技术,实现了分析样品的快速制备;优化了咪唑乙烟酸的高效液相色谱(HPLC)检测方法.结果表明:优化色谱条件下,咪唑乙烟酸在0.001-10.0 mg/L质量浓度范围内与对应色谱峰面积线性响应良好,回归方程为y=26.816x-1.196 4,R2=0.999 1,方法的检出限(LOD)为6.2 ng.土壤样品0.05、0.1和0.5 mg/kg三个添加水平的平均回收率均在90%以上,RSD均小于7%,土壤中咪唑乙烟酸的方法检测限(LOQ)为1.4×10-3mg/kg.该方法简便、经济、快速、灵敏,适于土壤中咪唑乙烟酸残留量的检测. A liquid chromatography-uhraviolet detector (HPLC-UVD) method was established for imazethapyr residue in soil by dispersive solid phase extraction using acetonitrile as extraction solvent and Cts as sorbent.The results showed that the optimal chromatographic method has good linearity (y=26.816x-l.196 4,R~=0.999 1) from 0.001 mg/L to 10.0 mg/L concentration of imazethapyr, and the obtained the detection limit of imazethapyr was 6.2 ng. And the average recoveries of imazethapyr in soil samples were all above 90% at three spiking levels of 0.05 mg/kg, 0.1 mg/kg anti 0.5 mg/kg with relative standard deviations less than 7%,and limit of quantification of imazethapyr in soil was 1.4~10-3 mg/kg.The results indicated that the method is simple,economic,efficient and sensitive,and it's suitable for the rapid detection imazethapyr residues in soil.
