摘要
学生是学校的根本,高校学生管理在学校管理中占有重要的地位。习近平主席在十九大报告中明确提出了新形势下建设一流大学和一流学科的高等院校发展目标。这就要求高等学校创新学生管理工作模式,为双一流建设服务。文章以广东医科大学为例,阐述在新形势下学生管理工作的主要方式和原则,以适应新时代高等教育发展的规划和要求。
Student management plays an important role in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities. In the 19threport,president Xi Jinping clearly put forward the development goals of the first-class university and the first class subject under the newsituation. This requires colleges and universities to innovate the management mode of students and serve the double first-class con-struction. Taking Guangdong Medical University as an example, this paper expounds the main methods and principles of student man-agement under the new situation, in order to adapt to the planning and requirements of higher education development under the newsituation of the country.
