摘要
本论文以硫氰酸胺、苯甲酰氯和间氨基苯甲酸为原料,丙酮为溶剂,加热回流得中间体1-苯甲酰基-3-(3-羧基苯基)硫脲,再在碱性条件下对1-苯甲酰基-3-(3-羧基苯基)硫脲进行加热水解,最后酸化得到3-羧基苯基硫脲。碱性条件下水解是合成3-羧基苯基硫脲的关键,本论文对1-苯甲酰基-3-(3-羧基苯基)硫脲在碱性溶液中的水解进行了初步的考察,收率达86.72%。
In this paper, use ammonium thiocyanate, benzoyl chloride and m-aminobenzoic acid as raw material and acetone as solvent, heat to reflux, get 1- benzoyl -3- (3- carboxyphenyl) thiourea. 1- Benzoyl -3- (3- carboxyphenyl) thiourea was hydrolyzed under the condition of heating alkaline solution, then acidized by hydrochloric acid and finally got 3- carboxyl phenyl thiourea. Hydrolysis under alkaline solution is the key to synthesize 3- carboxyl phenyl thiourea. In this paper, we investigated the hydrolysis of 1- benzoy1-3- (3- carboxyphenyl) thiourea in alkaline solution, the yield up to 86.72 %.
