摘要
近年来,C2C模式下的微商以星火燎原之势席卷全国。运用SWOT方法对其进行优势、劣势、机会和威胁分析,揭示实践发展中存在的法律困境,并基于当前我国法律对其规制现状,对C2C模式下的微商主体进行制度配置,完善纠纷发生后的法律救济路径,以保障其在市场中的健康发展。
In recent years,the Wechat business under C2C mode swept across the country,analyze to the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threatsbased on the SWOT method,reveal practical difficulties existing in the development of law,and then analyze current status of the above problems of our country law regulation,in order to improve the health and rapid development in the market,the system will be configured to improve the legal relief path after the dispute occurred in the C2C model.
