摘要
目的分析庆阳地区人群代谢综合征(MS)的患病情况,探讨血清促甲状腺激素(TSH)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)水平与MS及各组分的相关性。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,对庆阳地区的常住人口进行体格检查和实验室检测,并对数据进行统计。结果庆阳地区人群MS的患病率为17.12%,男性患病率为18.37%,女性为15.71%,均随年龄的增加而升高(P<0.05)。MS组年龄、WC、BMI、SBP、DBP、TG、FPG、HOMA-IR、UA、GGT、TSH水平均高于非MS组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TSH异常的检出率19.01%;TSH与DBP、TG、FPG、UA、GGT及MS组分个数呈正相关,而与HDL-C呈负相关(P<0.05)。GGT增高的检出率为22.18%;Logistic回归分析,MS及各组分患病风险随GGT增高呈增加趋势。结论庆阳地区人群MS患病率较高,TSH、GGT水平与MS及各组分之间存在相关性,血清GGT水平升高可能是甲状腺功能发生异常的危险因素。
Objective To assess the prevalence of metabolic syndrome in Qingyang area,and to investigate the correlation of the thyroid-stimulating hormone( TSH),γ-glutamyl transferase( GGT) serum level with metabolic syndrome and its components.Methods The physical examination and laboratory testing on residents was carried with cluster random sampling in Qingyang,and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The total morbidity of MS was 17. 12%,18. 37% for male and 15. 71% for female,and the morbidity increased with age( P〈0. 05). Compared with the no-MS group,the levels of age,WC,BMI,SBP,DBP,TG,FPG,HOMA-IR,UA,GGT and TSH were significantly higher in MS group,with the differences statistically significant( P〈0. 05). The abnormal TSH rates in total population were 19. 01%. TSH was significantly positively related to DBP,TG,FPG,UA,GGT and the number of MS components,while negatively related to the HDL-C( P〈0. 05). The detection rate of increasing GGT was 22. 18%. Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that MS and the risk of components increased as the GGT levels. Conclusion The morbidity of MS was higher in Qingyang. TSH and GGT levels are related to MS and its components. The elevated GGT level may be an important risk factor for the thyroid dysfunction.
