摘要
目的:运用信息化手段提高两癌筛查的工作效率,通过大数据分析为决策提供有力支持。方法:根据使用者的需求,进行面向对象的分析,利用C/S和B/S等技术,设计并实现了一套集成化的基层两癌筛查信息平台。结果:利用该平台,优化了现有的两癌筛查流程,缩短了受检人员检查时间、减轻了医务人员的工作量,提高了回访覆盖率,有利于临床长期追踪、大数据分析和管理决策。结论:通过基层两癌筛查信息平台的开发与应用,可以更好地服务于两癌筛查这一公益项目。
Objective： To improve the working efficiency of two cancer screening by means of information technology, and to provide strong support for decision-making through large data analysis. Methods： According to the needs of users, object-oriented analysis, the use of C/S and B/S technology, design and implementation of a set of integrated grass-roots two cancer screening information platform. Results： The platform was used to optimize the existing two cancer screening process, shorten the inspection time of the subjects, reduce the workload of the medical staff, improve the coverage of the return visit, and facilitate the long-term follow-up, large data analysis and management decision making. Conclusion： Through the development and application of the screening information platform for two cancer screening, we can better serve the public welfare project of two cancer screening.
