摘要 电动振动台系统在对产品进行地面振动环境模拟试验中发挥着越来越重要的作用。该文在对电动振动台系统电气控制研究的基础上,提出了一种采用PLC与变频器相结合的新方法实现了对电动振动台体的控制,同时通过Lab VIEW实现人机交互的功能。文章介绍了典型的电动振动台系统,给出了电动振动台控制系统的总体设计方案及控制算法。试验结果表明该控制系统运行良好、性能稳定,实现了定频测试、线性扫频、对数扫频、多阶测试的振动要求,加速度误差小于±10%,同时画面生动地显示出系统的运行情况,目前该控制系统已投入实际的运用中。 The electric shaking table system plays an increasingly important role in the simulation of the ground vibration environment. Based on the study of electric control of electric shaking table system,a new method of combining PLC and frequency converter is put forward to control the electric vibration platform,and realize the function of human-computer interaction through LabVIEW. This paper introduces a typical electric shaking table system,and gives the overall design scheme and control algorithm of the electric vibration table control system. The experimental results show that the control system is running well and the performance is stable. The vibration requirements of constant frequency test,linear sweep,logarithmic sweep and multi-stage test are realized. The acceleration error is less than ±10%. At the same time,the operation of the system is displayed vividly. The control system has been put into practical use.
