摘要
本文阐述了电磁振动台虚拟试验仿真的必要性。借助MSC.Patran/MSC.Nanstran,建立了电磁振动台的有限元分析模型,详细阐述了建模方法。在空载工作状态下,进行了电磁振动台的模态试验,利用试验结果对有限元模型进行了频率、振型修正。最后对电磁振动台分析模型进行频率响应分析,确定振动台的阻尼及主要特性参数。结果表明,仿真模型计算结果和试验结果一致,材料参数能够反映真实的材料特性,各项特性参数也满足国标要求。说明本文建立的振动台分析仿真模型是合理可靠的,可用于振动台虚拟试验。
The necessity of virtual experiments simulation on was electromagnetic vibration shaker was described. The electromagnetic vibration shaker was modeled by MSC. Patran/MSC. Nanstran software. A detailed explanation of modeling method was given. The model test about the empty electromagnetic vibration shaker was carried out and the results were used to the finite element model of frequency and vibration mode amendment. The results show that the modeling results are close to the test results, the material property is accurate, and the parameters satisfy the standard. The model is reliable and can be used to the virtual experiment on electromagnetic vibration shaker.
