摘要
在分析国内外现有焊接工艺数据库技术发展状况的基础上,以焊接工艺管理所需各种数据作为参数信息,构建了焊接工艺数据库的E-R模型,并采用Forms Builder实现了Oracle数据库数据库管理系统。该系统基于B/S体系架构,包括用户管理模块、登陆管理模块、材料数据库、缝焊数据库、焊丝数据库、点焊数据库、坡口数据库和电阻缝数据库等。结果表明,用户可以使用WEB浏览器访问基于B/S架构的焊接工艺Oracle数据库系统,从而能够便捷、有效地解决焊接工艺数据的管理和维护问题。
Based on the analysis of the existing domestic and international welding technology database technology development status, the welding process required to manage various data as the parameter information, construct a model of the E-R welding process of the database, and used Forms Builder implementation of the Oracle database management system. The system was based on B/S architecture, including the user management module, log management module, material database, seam welding database, wire database, welding wire, welding groove and resistance seam database. The results show that the user can use WEB browser to access the Oracle database system based on the B/S architecture, so as to solve the problem of management and maintenance of welding process data conveniently and effectively.
