摘要
美国的校园欺凌问题对青少年群体造成了广泛的危害。2011年,28%的12~18岁学生报告曾经历校园欺凌。为解决这一问题,美国通过联邦与各州的立法以及政府促进,建立了以学校为基础的欺凌干预体系。目前,美国学校依法进行欺凌干预,创建了以"全校性积极行为干预与支持"方法为代表的科学的干预模式,以及包括学校水平、教室与同辈水平、个体水平在内的多层次的特色干预策略。通过学校干预,2013年美国校园欺凌显著减少,美国在反欺凌立法、校园欺凌干预的组织运行模式以及有效干预策略选择等方面取得了有效进展。
The School bullying has caused widely harm to the youth in the US. 28% of students aged at 12-18 reported being bullied in school in 2011. To solve this problem,federal and states enact laws and call for united efforts to create school-based bullying intervention system. Currently,American schools build scientific models for school-bully intervention,which takes the School-Wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports as representative,and also adopt a multilevel intervention strategy system including wholeschool level,classroom and peer level and individual level strategies. As a result,school bullying declined significantly in 2013. It shows that effective progress has been made in terms of legislation,intervention model building,and intervention strategy adoption in US.
