摘要
发泡剂是橡塑发泡的关键成分,起到发泡成型的关键作用。这也就决定了发泡剂性能上满足以下三个条件:一是发泡剂的发泡温度与发泡工艺匹配,不高也不低,不快也不慢;二是发气量足够大,有利于减少发泡剂用量,降低发泡成本;三是发泡剂性能稳定,保证发泡工艺的平稳,有利于提高发泡材料的制造合格,减少次品的产生。
In the key element of the rubber and plastic foam, foaming agent plays the key role of foam molding. It also determines the performance of foaming agent on the following three conditions： First, the foa- ming temperature of the foaming agent must match with the foam process, not high also not low, fast nor slow; Second, the gas evolution is enough big, is beneficial to reduce the dosage of foaming agent and foam cost; Third, foaming agent has stable performance, guarantee the smooth of foaming process, to improve foam mate- rial manufacture qualified, reducing the generation of defective products.
