真空管热水器发泡工艺内胆的静应力分析

摘要 针对SUS304不锈钢内胆发泡过程中受力情况,使用弹塑性力学理论和有限元相结合的办法,分析了内胆发泡过程内充压力的必要性,同时针对24支真空管热水器内胆,对不同数量肋筋的内胆进行了静应力分析,结果表明:肋筋为12根、间距为164 mm的内胆位移和应力都相对较小;有限元计算结果与理论计算结果基本吻合,能够有效改进产品结构,缩短产品设计周期。 According to the stress in the foaming process of SUS304 stainless steel tank, the necessity of filling pressurein the foaming process of tank is analyzed by combining elasto -plastic mechanics theory and finite element method.Taking the 24 vacuum tube water heater tank as an example, the static stress analysis of tank with different rib is carriedout. The results show that the results show that displacement and stress of tank that the rib is twelve and spacing is 164mm are relatively small. The finite element calculation results are in good agreement with the theoretical results, whichcan improve the product structure and shorten the product design cycle.
