乐果对小鼠肝肾损伤的病理学观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨乐果对小鼠肝肾损伤的形态学变化。方法:采用呼吸道静式吸入的方式,分别以不同剂量的乐果染毒小鼠,小鼠染毒后90 d剖检,切取肝、肾组织大体形态观察,取材制片、HE染色,镜下观察。结果:染毒组与对照组比较,中剂量和高剂量组小鼠肝肾组织出现充血、炎细胞浸润,肝细胞水样变性及少量坏死,肾小管上皮细胞也有空泡性变及间质灶状坏死。结论:乐果染毒致小鼠肝肾组织出现不同程度的病理损害,提示降低农药残留污染,保护生存环境致关重要。 Objective: To investigate the morphological changes of dimethoate-induced hepatorenal injury in mice. Methods: Mice were exposed to different doses of dimethoate in the way of respiratory tract static inhalation. After 90 days exposure,the mice were dissected and liver and kidney tissues were observed.The specimens were taken for section,HE staining and microscopic observation. Results: Compared with the control group,the liver and kidney tissues of the middle dose group and the high dose group had hyperemia,inflammatory cell infiltration,hepatocellular degeneration and necrosis. Renal tubular epithelial cells also had vacuolar changes and interstitial foci such as necrosis. Conclusion: The different pathological damage of liver and kidney tissues in mice caused by dimethoate suggested that it was important to reduce the pollution of pesticide residues and protect the living environment.
