摘要
分析了复合推进剂微型拉伸试验系统的功能需求,设计了系统总体方案,完成了硬件设备选型和搭建,利用LabVIEW完成了数据采集系统软件功能和操作界面设计。通过复合推进剂微型试件拉伸试验,验证了系统的各项功能,满足了设计要求。该系统可用于复合推进剂微型拉伸试验研究以及相关教学实验。
The functional requirements of the micro-tensile test system for the composite propellant are analyzed,the overall scheme of the system is designed,and the hardware equipment selection and construction are completed.The design of the functions and interface of data acquisition system software is completed by using LabVIEW.Through the tensile test of the composite propellant micro-specimen,the functions of the system are verified,and the design requirements are satisfied.This system can be used for the research on the micro-tensile test of the composite propellant and related teaching experiments.
