摘要
针对材料试验机测控系统要求精度高、实时性好的特性,提出了一种基于ARM7微控制器和μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统的万能材料试验机测控系统软硬件开发方案。硬件设计上,充分考虑材料试验机的通用性要求,模块化设计可适应不同的加载标准。软件设计上,综合考虑嵌入式操作系统任务划分原则和系统的硬件资源,做到运行效率和系统吞吐量的有机统一。实际测试表明,本测控系统具有采集精度高、实时响应性好。
For better accuracy and real-time performance, one development scheme based on ARM7 and μC/OS-Ⅱ for the control system of universal material testing machines has been proposed. Taking the flexibility of the testing machine control system into consideration, the hardware was designed in different modules so that it could be used in different testing machine. In the side of software, the tasks were divided according to the principle of embedded OS and the hardware resource of the system, so that the control system could run faster and cost less in resource. It has been verified that the embedded control system of universal material testing machines is with excellent data collecting accuracy, excellent real-time performance, excellent flexibility, and so on.
