摘要
水下阀门是海洋工程水下设施的关键部件,随着深水技术的不断进步,水下设施,尤其是水下阀门的需求也在逐步增加。但是长期以来,水下阀门市场一直被国外厂家占领。为了增强国内水下装备制造的能力,同时降低成本、缩短供货周期,水下阀门的国产化势在必行。结合文昌项目水下阀门国产化应用的一些经验,对水下阀门国产化过程的厂家资质、设计、制造、试验、售后等内容进行探讨,为国内的海洋工程装备制造提供了一定的指导和参考。
Subsea valve is the key component of subsea facilities in offshore projects. With the constant progress of deepwatertechnology,subsea facilities,especially the demand of the subsea valves are also gradually increasing.However,thesubsea valve market has been occupied by foreign manufacturers for a long time.In order to enhance the capability of subseaequipment manufacturing,reduce the cost and shorten the supply cycle,the localization of underwater valve has becomeimperative.Combining with the experience of subsea valve localization in Wenchang project,this article discusses thequalification,design,manufacturing,testing,customer service and other contents on the subsea valve localization,andprovides some guidance and reference for offshore engineering equipment manufacturing in China.
