摘要
介绍了国内外水下阀门的研究现状,论述了水下阀门设计、材料、制造和测试等环节所遵循的主要标准及新阀门设计的特殊要求,分析了水下阀门的结构特点及工厂测试、高压舱测试、PR2测试和寿命测试的方法和验收原则。
This paper introduces the research status of subsea valves both at home and abroad,explains the main criteria followed by the design,materials,manufacturing and testing of subsea valves and the special requirements of the newvalve design,analyses the structure characteristics and testing methods and acceptance criteria of the subsea valves for factory acceptance testing,hyperbaric chamber testing,PR2 testing and life-cycle test.
