摘要
上游水库的建成引起水文条件变化,改变了下游水库入库洪水过程,进而影响下游水库抵御洪水的标准。以青溪水库为研究对象,基于1951—2015年多年实测流量资料,模拟天然径流条件下与棉花滩水库运行条件下青溪水库设计洪水过程,对青溪水库汛限水位进行复核。结果表明:天然径流条件下,青溪水库的汛限水位设计值合理且满足运行要求;棉花滩水库运行条件下,青溪水库的汛限水位可由73 m提高至74.5 m,可优化青溪水库防洪与兴利关系,提高青溪水库发电效益。
The construction of the upper reservoir has caused changes in the hydrological conditions. It changed the process of reservoir inflow flood, and then affected the standard of reservoir against flood. Based on the measured flow data from 1951 to 2015, this paper took Qingxi reservoir as the research object and analyzed the flooding process of Qingxi reservoir under the condition of natural runoff and the operation of Mianhuatan reservoir. The results showed that,under the condition of natural runoff, the design value of flood water level of Qingxi reservoir was reasonable and satisfied the running requirement. The flood level of Qingxi Reservoir could be increased from 73 m to 74. 5 m under the condition of Mianhuatan reservoir operation, and it could optimize the relationship between flood control and benefit of Qingxi reservoir, and improve the power efficiency of Qingxi reservoir.
