摘要
以辽河为代表的我国北方大中型河流,其普遍存在的滩地横比降和连续套堤使得河道特征水位的传统确定方法遇到了非常大的挑战。如何较为准确地确定河道特征水位,为防洪防汛提供参考依据,是本文探讨的主要问题。
Northern China large and medium-sized rivers with Liaohe River as representative generally have bottomland cross slope and consecutive embankments so that the traditional method for determining the watercourse characteristic water level encounters very huge challenge. How to determine watercourse characteristic water level more accurately and provide reference basis for the flood control is the main issue which is discussed in the paper. The author makes use of work and discusses some immature ideas and practices with Liaohe River as example, thereby providing some references.
