摘要
【目的】研究适合百香果维生素C的含量的测定方法,为百香果的研究和开发提供一定的借鉴和参考。【方法】利用维生素C对紫外光具有最大吸收的特性,采用紫外-可见分光光度法对百香果中维生素C的含量进行测定。【结果】维生素C标准浓度在0.00-14.0μg/ml范围内与吸收值呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为y=0.0588x+0.005,R^2=0.9994;百香果维生素C的平均含量为50.0mg/100g;精密度为S=2.71,RSD=5.41%;加标平均回收率在100.2%。【结论】紫外-可见分光光度法操作简单,结果准确,适用于百香果维生素C的含量测定。
【Objective】Research on measurement of vitamin C content in passion fruit is of great significance for the exploitation of passion fruit.【Method】Based on the characteristic that vitamin C absorbs most ultraviolet light,the measurement is conducted,employing the ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry.【Result】Results indicate that 1) standard concentrations of vitamin C( 0.00-14.0μg/ml) presents favorable linear relationship,with an linear equation: y = 0.0588 x+0.005,R^2 = 0.9994; 2) Degree of precision: S= 2.71,RSD = 5.41% ; the average recovery rate: 100.2% .【Conclusion】In conclusion,ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry is applicable to the measurement of vitamin C content in passion fruit because of its simple operation and accurate result.
